A good idea somewhat. Maybe we should set a limit i.e. vip 4/5 max so can have world map boost.

There's no way to police this. People will RC.

The only way we could do this is if Heyshell sets limits on the server.
If Heyshell were to create a special server where minimal RC is VIP5 to join the server and limit the RC function. I'd definitely join and play actively.

Sadly, this is just a pipe dream and will never come to fruition.
