Do you think new player can change the situation?

When other player already have gjia mchao etc.. ...

100% CORRECT...only clones joining old server.. there're only 1 or 2 "real new player" in old server but after a week they all become clones..

Now they have a lot of clone and going stronger.more clone create almost every day.

Another suggestion is to stop the creating of new id in a server until the population is balance. Let say, now Wu has 300 ID, Shu has 250 ID and Wei has 500 ID. So, this mean, that no one can create new ID in Wei until the population in Wu and Shu become 500.
By doing this, it will not prevent a new player that really want to play in old server, but the new player has to join with country with less population....

population here means active players. Non active players for let say 1 year should be excluded..

That good idea...but I disagree for 1 year,maybe 3 month not active
