Could you please tell us the model of your ipad? Next time before logging in to game, please clear the cache and keep good connection. If you got stuck, please offer us where you get stuck.(like loading, entering the game or a man on horse)

After download the app from iphone I can't log in it says download not complete try again later. Wtf ...

we have released a new package APK in our game homepage for solving the problem. you can go to download and try it to see if it solve your problem.
