just merge shu wu wei from different servers non-rival ones into one...
or make 3 shu countries fight on one server and mix wu wei on another...
but doesnt matter illegal rc 4ever

Since personal contest can be divided into two sections: Seasoned Veteran and Rising Star,
Why not merge all the servers into two sections as well.

Seasoned Veteran: S1-S37 merge into one server
Rising Star: S38-S65 merge into one server

Forget about server competition or tourney. Just do a server quest weekly for us to earn the vouchers.
That will be fun.
