You better banned that Owenlee accounts & bachlong accounts.  They always play the accounts at the same time. If these are not clones. WTF you define clones.
Pls don't reply you got no evidence.  All you have to do is monitor s29 for one full day then you will know.

He is already answering your question but not directly. He is saying you risk having your account locked up if you do so, although gm reserves the rights to exercise personal discretion to really execute the ban or not. And how these criteria are arrived whether he will 100% ban or pardon is a black box.

But he already said by the books you are not to pass accounts so he has that right to ban. So if he chooses to allow some accounts to continue, he is not explaining why.
