HI, i have two questions regarding the purple heroes, the main and instance/special instance is understandable,

But what do you mean by both special hero and event hero? Are they heroes that can be bought by gold or tournament challenge?

Hero Talent: City 100% rebounds enemy's skill, immune to enemy's rebound
