Trust me, you should only recharge only one time and try your luck. If you don't get what you want in the first recharge (of around $30), then you should not do any further recharge. Because the chance will be remain the same. There are many many players who do a lot of recharges of all different amounts, they still don't get what they want. If you are "selected" (by luck) to get that reward, you will win it in first few spin. There is no natural probability in such event. If it is natural probability, how can it usually or always land on lesser value items while the chance of each items on the wheel is the same 1/12 (=8.33%). Does this make sense to you, spenders and gm? There are tricks. It is just that we don't have good proof or evidence to show how this event trick play. I hope the developers of this game will not always take the profit as the most important goal, but the satisfaction of of players too. Everyone does business for profit, for money, but the forever successful businesses are business who takes their customers' satisfaction as priority goal. You see in this post, then you can see how your customers disappointed at your products. I believe there are more players who feel like them. Finally, i hope your people  will have more responsible responses to your customers. It can't be just a few irresponsible words and then end up with "thank you for or appreciate your  understanding". Why you want your customer understanding for you, while you don't understand your customers' needs?  Please take this seriously. Please run your business in a professional way. This is a international business, not a local business. So, please, be professional.
This is not really a complaint, but this is my truly feedback to you.

Any form of "luck game" played in computers always have an algorithm such that the most wanted item is put at the lowest chance while those sucky item have a higher chance of triggering. Also they include some additional feature such as trick play like what u said which i think many have noticed : One example is whenever the indicator goes to c.wenji and then 0.5s later it goes to food. This trick is by programming such like 90% of happening and 10% of not so u get wenji.
