You need to combine two basic suits at the cost of scroll to make advanced suit.

Different suits match different heroes. And you could forge advanced suit to make it stronger.

May i check for normal suit like dragon, devine do i need to upgrade tech at some higher lvl? Currently at lvl 100

You could combine basic suit with its scroll in bag not in Suit works.
