New Welfare Function-Double Recharge

In the new version, the "Double Recharge" function is now available. Regardless of whether you've used "First Recharge Double" before, all players' first recharge records will be reset. You can now get double gold when recharging in certain interfaces like the "Mall" in the game for the first time. Please note that this "Double First" bonus only applies to specific interfaces, and recharging in other interfaces won't grant the double gold bonus.
