Total newbie here. I am sorry...but what is "Init"? How do I get "Init" of 3800?

Init is initiative.
Its something that gauge your current strength level.
You can see it in arena when you click to vs your opponent.
Horcrux doesn't give real init as it doesn't apply to all your gens.
