Hero Stuck at Goth

My name is Praise_Him, I play on server S1. I am green (Vincere)

My hero nicole is stuck in Goth (barbarian capital city)

I can not withdraw my hero, it says "cannot withdrawl hero"

When I click "Assemble" nothing happens.

Can you please get my hero out?

I fired the hero, and then hired her back. now she is unstuck.

same thing has happened to me twice at Goth. only way to fix was to fire and rehire as well.

I had the same problem with stuck hero, not sure whether it's at Goth, but Internet connection was good. Also got him out by fiering him, which cost food.
