Help sos can't login

My username magicasia2.
It said your account has been locked and cannot be logged for now. REASON(1)
Server s11
By the way  because of merger u banned my other id at s13.
Thats not our fault because of merger we can have 2 id in the same server.
My friends and relatives use almost the same username with the beginning magicasia.
But please check that we never online together or have the same computer. But you banned us.
Pleas help us ASAP. I'm sure you make a mistake. I already played a months and got high level. But sudenly cant login. It really upset me. Thank a lot sry if it bother u. Please give me feedback. 3Q
