Complete the quest to recruit Wang Yun.

[Brief Introduction]
Each Civil Official in the game possesses a Tactic such as Fire Attack, Water Attack, Rockfall, Trap or Empty City. You can dispatch a Civil Official to go out to battle with your warriors. The Civil Official’s Tactic will be triggered in battles and defeat the enemy in a flash. Various Strategies make battle situation change unpredictably and make the game more interesting.

After you recruit a Civil Official, you will see his Tactic. Strategies can be divided according to their level. During a Country War, Strategies can be cast on cities to grant various buffs.

[Detailed Effects]
Fire Attack: Can be cast on plains to decrease the rival’s troops.
Water Attack: Can be cast in water to decrease the rival’s troops.
Rockfall: Can be cast in mountains to decrease the rival’s troops.
Trap: Place a trap on the ground (Except a city). When the enemy arrives on the target area, its troops will be decreased. A Trap lasts for 300 seconds.
Empty City: Protect a city from being attacked for 3 minutes.
