My char is in s3 is gone, how? why?

dear admin,

my char is Covid-19 level 160, in SHU s3. today 29th of June my char is gone. I re-login several times and still no char. last night it was still okay. How? why?
i never do any crimes during my playing. Did admin delete my char? please help me and update me. Thank you very much.

Yup..was pensi for around 5years..when i come back playin for 2-3 month now my id gone...wkwkwkwkk

I dont know why our char were gone. I never viiolate any rules. asking for response? i dont know Gm would read this problem or not. uhmm......
