It is a truly broad question, but I’m going to try to answer the high points: - Game engine / language / software:英国乐透8 there are tons of options out there, but your best bets are GameMaker (for 2D games) or Unity (for 3D). Lots of tutorials available for each.
- Graphics: you are either going to do pixel art for a true 2D game, or 3D models for a 3D game. If you’re not an artist, you’re going to need to work with an artist.
- How to sell on Steam: as of this writing, your best way in is to submit your game to Steam Greenlight, which is a community-voted system where if your game gets noticed and极速赛车 a bunch of people vote that they’d buy it if it was completed, you’ll get the opportunity to publish on Steam. There are rumblings of Greenlight going away and SG飞艇perhaps things becoming more of an open system like, say the App Store. But for now, Greenlight is the main way an unknown publisher/developer can get a game published on Steam.
