Do you know if it's a good idea to try CBN? I've heard something about this component, but I don't even know if I should take it.

I've never heard of it. Are you sure that it's better than CBD? I think that you should start with CBD because it's more widespread

Well, even though it's more widespread, it doesn't mean that it's better than cbd. As I know, these components have different effects, so it's better for you to read more about them, and then make a final decision. Personally, I take cbn gummies to normalize my sleep, but I know that cbd is a good sedative.
