Has anybody ever used tractor tires?

It's not easy for me to find narrow tires with aggressive threads for the front of my sand rail. Most companies don't ship cargo to Alaska, and if they do, it's ugly... While I was looking, I came across front trailer tires, 15-inch wheels, narrow, with a lot of grip.
This does not mean that I'm going to try to do sixty on asphalt, exclusively for use on the track. Is this supposed to work?

I'm also looking for a similar option, although I don't see a good one either. We need to look for individual specialized tractor models tires because standard options do not suit us. A neighbor advised me to contact the service https://www.machinerydealer.co.uk/ for them to help us or advise where we can find it if they do not have it. So I'm thinking of writing to them today or tomorrow, and if they answer me, I'll write you all the details and the price here.
