dude , read the timer , still can't claim yet , and why worry anyway , it auto claim for you , just collect the chests , and as for 0 , I think you didn't log last day , so you didn't rank , hope that helped

Dear Arthur,

I have the same problem. I cannot claim the reward from the killing rank (before I manage to press claim it disappeaers). Only sometimes I can claim it.
Please have a look at this problem. Thanks!
