I have the same problem. I cannot claim the reward from the killing rank (before I manage to press claim it disappeaers). Only sometimes I can claim it.
Please have a look at this problem. Thanks!

As far as I understood it is auto claimed even though does not show. I can check that it has been claimed in emails.
