Tourney end,and player cannot claim voucher without gold,so what use for this Recharge,Heyshell very lousy,sometimes we pay gold for nothing.

I recharge from app, have no problem. Now I'm also bored with cotk. They promised to finished clones issue, but everyday clones is being created. And you could understand how bored when you fight against those clones.

usually i recharge with gudangvoucher app always no problem,get the gold right away,like the first day tourney,i rc twice at 13 march,just use it for claiming voucher
but at 14 march ,i recharge ,and they stop the point to my id
from 14 until 15 cannot recharge again ,and cannot claim anymore
and they process it right at 9.37 at 16 morning,one day after tourney finish ,cannot do anything with the voucher claim anymore

i quit this game now ,tired of heyshell lame work
let my id become clone for others in shu now

Poor hey shell, day to day top vip and good players quit one by one. I know we all like the three Kingdom, too bad that  heyshell gives us the poor service and support. Most of retired players are high vip, heyshell should know, this game survive by their support, if they dont know how to keep them or make them happy, sooner or later this game gonna bankrupt. I used to tell them already most of event are up on weekend but at the weekend they dont work, no support no reply any bug happen and other issue.
Later on they just come up and say: your request has been record, we will forward this to our staff. Now i dont really care asking for help from them. One i find another better game, i can just quit.
