well i am surely quit from this game now , they make mistakes and just keep telling us to keep playing without any change or compensation of their fault ,that is imposiblle things to do

first time my recharge like this 200 point,was gone without heyshell process it ,and i still let it be (until now the point gone like wind and my balance already cut in my gudang voucher account)

now this is the second one ,already give up with their poor service and system

hope we meet again in other game sima
but i really dont want to be your opponent ,lol

Sir, why would we delay u to recharge, that sounds doesn't make any sense. Pls allow us be specific, that is the way u recharged is via GV, so, only the money we receive from GV, can we give the corresponding points to u, and GV is the intermidiator, thx for ur understanding, we never delay any recharge done by players
