no hero to fight instance

Hye there..why i didnt get my 1st hero in s35 to fight instance..the system told me that i cant fight without hero..pliz fix its fast..i dont want waste the bounty..best regards

I know you are an experienced player from server before, but in the new server, there is newbie instruction so you need to follow the quest on the upper left screen to unlock tasks step by step. After you finished that, you will get Zang Ba as your first hero and start your march in instance.
If I did not understand your issue clear enough, a screenshot will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Me already lvl 13..got exp by upgrade city only..the system didnt gve me ZangBa for me to attack the instance bro..so i cant fight the instance without ZangBa..

Bear is my friends..he help me up the screenshot..so when can i have my Zang Ba n continue fighting the instance?
