no hero to fight instance

I know you are an experienced player from server before, but in the new server, there is newbie instruction so you need to follow the quest on the upper left screen to unlock tasks step by step. After you finished that, you will get Zang Ba as your first hero and start your march in instance.
If I did not understand your issue clear enough, a screenshot will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you need to clear the cache first and then reply me ASAP.

According to the system, at level 7 (before you can upgrade to lv. 13), you can get Zang ba already by clicking his icon at the center of screen in Huang Jin Zhi Luan. But in your case, maybe it is stuck somewhere. That's why we ask you to clear cache first. Please rely my PM, thanks in advance.
