won't load

i have been trying for days to play clash of three kingdoms but it wont load the game itself. it goes through the process, then a white horse and rider comes up and thats as far as it goes.
is there some way i can fix this problem? i greatly enjoy this game and it saddens me to be unable to play it.

Sorry for my late reply.
Pls clear cache and then log in to game under good network connection.
Plus, could you tell us your device model?

Dear Sir i have same problem too,
after update cannot log in,,,
allready clear chace , but stiil could not log in,
i use PC , Modzila, Chrome, IE and latest adobe flash player, bit still "white horse and disconneted with server"
my connection in good condition, i already check,
please help me,
if any other sugest how to play with PC, please tell me how

clear cookies,try reinstaling browser?i also have lagging like stupid donkey which dragging a pyramid and now i always use my mozilla portable

Dear player, sorry for the inconvenience. From what you have described, it seems like during the maintenance break. Sometimes, the disconnection to game is caused by server service, but there are more chances that it is due to network fluctuation. Thank you for your support.
