50k gold used or rc would be vip 8 or above. As for steal, u mean hacked? U will hav to ask ur fren to contact gm for assist if his id got hacked. As for suspected illegal rc, let the gm handle tat. From the way u phrase it, "nobody can beat them". Makes it sound lyk another cant beat them, ban them strategy. Lol.
