claim bonus iron and exp from event siege

why when me claim iron siege my iron not rise still same before me claim bonus event.
I cant send u screen shoot sir coz i have claim this reward.
Send me back my iron 36k coz i no 2 and 5 in this event siege S12 july 15/2015 14.00 a.m time in indonesia coz i often have trouble like this forget in the past but for now i'm very2 angry lost 36k iron.
