yeah I have same problem too..
i recharge from gudang voucher , but i still have not received the point.
yesterday i spent my money for 150 point, but i didnt received the point, and now
i spent my money for 200 point & still didnt received the point.
Please help...

GM, how long does it take for the points to show after purchase?  I need it for S21. I just purchase paypal.

I just recharge from paypal and this time I got problem not receiving my heyshell point after I waited for more that 4 hours.

If I don't get my point by tmr, 24/10/2014, I will cancel the payment from the bank. Please fix it ASAP, thx

I had spended my money into this game for more than $ 500, But what did i got ?... Very unfair with  ...

If you spend that much money, and you still lose to free players, than you must be very stupid player. so don't keep yelling.

STILL THEY WILL NOT SEE IT ,AND WILL NOT REPLY IT ,BECAUSE THEY ALREADY USE THAT RECHARGE FOR CLUBBING AND FUCKING THERE IN THEIR PLACE

MINE ALSO RECHARGE 200 POINT NAD THE POINT GONE LIKE WIND ,AND MY BALANCE ALREADY CUT (MUST PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT GET)
