GM I need help, the rc screen is blank and I don’t even have the option to RC, the heyshell page works and I do have a PayPal account but don’t know how to rc that way.  Please help.

I got 5he PayPal figured out but, I still can’t rc via the App Store that screen is blank, can it be fixed?
