[New Function] Unique Expedition

This is almost same like siege event that we have on daily basis.
Having fighting alliance wu & wei for my entire play on COTK which is roughly 12 months
I can tell you that this event will be one sided when 2 country decide to ally. All they do is ganked up on Shu, and spam shadows on WooXian.
Only need to send few gens to occupy the middle cities, one for Wu and one for Wei while the rest stacking on WooXian auto off.

Second stage will also be boring fight since they will repeat the same tactic spamming on WooXian gates and they will not defend each other cities
Instead, they will trade the city they occupied during first stage so its a win-win solution for WU & WEI alliance.
