We have checked and it works well for Chrome. Maybe you need to check the speed of local network. Sorry for the delay.

b4 this white horse happen.. recently i install avast antivirus, is it possible that antvirus coz that? if it is.. can ur IT team help me solve this prob?

I do not think anti-virus will influence the game loading page. However, you could try to close it and try to open the page. If that works, please let me know. Thank you.

i deactived the antvirus.. but still cant open the game. and i try using uc browser walaa.. i can play the game.. soo until now im using uc browser..

but i still dont know what happen to my chrome.. i didnt make any changed that chrome

Thank you for your info. Sorry have not offered any help..I used Chrome and it works well. That's why it never occurs to me to try another browser before.
