I already buy heyshell point with MOL twice... but it didnt change my heyshell point...
Where should I report this..?

is it when the browser pop up another page that mention our payment was successful..?

well admin... my biggest concern is that I need to be certain that the problem will not happen when I recharging again...

cause i want and need to recharge as soon as possible, but i am affraid it will fail again...

if u saw my screenshots, there are transactions that only buy for 1 point..
cause I was just checking if I could recharge it or not

but i need to recharge... so i will recharge again and this time i am make sure i will make screenshot at all pages... this is a good lesson tho...

my sugesstion is, since this problem happen to many players recently, so u guys must check your payment system...
