Investigation for Server Merger of S1 and S2

If you want to merge S1 and S2, you should try to look the balance of each country in each server.
Correct me if I'm wrong for my observation.
S1 Wei have the Baotai family which controls hundred of ID and S2 Wei also have several person who controls multi accounts too. Don't forget that S2 Wei have the super player...

If you want to do the merge based on country, the strength of each country will be very very imbalance. You should consider that......

Suggestion:
1. All player will be randomized (not based on the existing country).
2. S1 merge into 1 country, S2 merge into 1 country and S3/S4 merge into 1 country and all merged into 1 server.

Hmm around 1/3 of the voters for S1 agree are the bots... Is it will be counted as 1/3 of the populations or only 1?
Would it change the result if I create 100 accounts now for the sake of this pooling and all will vote disagree?

Anyway, what ever the result is, I just wanna enjoy the game, although the doomday for this game is near
