can not recruit troops (idle status)

Please fix my account, two of my hero always in idle status..
I already fire and then recruit again but nothing happen..
Need help asap..thanks..

Hi, I have the same problem, 3 of 4 of my generals does not auto recruit.

This occurred when I ran out of food and arrows for generating troops disappeared (So yeh not even orders work for them),
but after I got some food back it stayed that way.
I have 2 mill food now and soldiers just lost their appetite..

I notice that if I close the app and reload it after a period of time all troops are full and food is taken, but if I battle again, auto recruit still doesn't work and it goes back to idle with no arrows to use orders.

Playing on: LG Nexus 5
IOS: 4.4.3

I tried playing on the browser, seems like this carries over and I have the same problem.

Edit: argh forget it. I Just read another post where you said to fire them and recruit again. not only did it not recruit I lost all Fosters I did on those generals. I'm uninstalling the game... not wasting more time on it

OK, Just to be nice, I took them on browser since I un-installed it from the mobile.

top-left: just logged in all health is back.
top-right: going into trial tower, system recognises generals as not full in health when they clearly did have full health in top left pic.
bottom left: during battle bottom general recruiting but the one third down does not.
bottom right: battle finishes, first 3 generals not recruiting and no Orders. last general recruiting and have orders.
