Hello jody, I have consulted the staffs about your recharge problem. You recharged in March once and then you applied for refund. Owing to this, you had a bad record in consuming, thus our system pull you into the blacklists. For this reason, your have problem in recharging recently. Hope you understand. You can apply for refund now, or could you please explain the reason why you applied for refund last time? We can come to an understanding and then you can recharge normally again. |
