Game level/siege/event Experience bug!

There's a bug going few week ago already as the siege after I complete lv90 and I can't claim the reward for 10million experience is already written claimed and also after I reach lv95 there's same thing happen to it,as well as duel reward please help me ASAP thank you.

Yesterday there's a exp event if I was able to claim this reward I should have solved 3 event exp.
