no points for recharge?

I recharged my character twice, with amount about Rp.119.000 but i got no point to change with gold. I check my agent, gudang voucher already paid those transfer. So, where is my point? Please explain to me

bro u need to complain to Gudang voucher not to heyshell...i got same problem too,.. solve in 2-4 hours
