Defeating GuoJia is easy. First you will need to have the following:-
1) Dwei with attack 3800 or above
2) TSChi and XChu attack 3700 or so
3) Equip TSChi n Dwei with as many equipments with trick or attack preferably a 6 of which 4stars. If you are putting Dwei last then put more emphasis on Dwei.
4) liegeman combination with absolute skill damage on TSChi and Dwei
I guess the most difficult part is to defeat Cao Cao. If you are ready to defeat Cao Cao (Stage9) there is no difficulty dealing with the other stages.
This is the simple plan, is either you use TSChi or Dwei at the last position to defeat Cao Cao.
I personnally prefer Dwei since he is a strong figther.
Here is the formation: XChu, Ztai, Tschi, Dwei, XDun
First Xchu must be able to Chaos the 1st NPC and should have 2 rows left after defeating the 1st NPC.
Then, Ztai shouldn't be too strong, he need just to lose slightly to NPC 2.
TSChi will then have a chance to block NPC 3. If TSCchi performs the block then is a piece of cake to win.
Just assume that TSChi was unable to block, use TSChi to quickily reduce NPC 3 troops. This will make NPC 3 easy to defeat.
TSChi will then face NPC 4, once again if TSChi performs a block, you are going to be winning more easily.
Just assume that TSChi was unable to block again, TSChi will be able to take up some of the damage from NPC 4 skill.
Dwei will take down NPC 4. Here is the most important part, Dwei must use skill on Cao Cao preferably on all 4 rows of Cao Cao.
Make sure that Cao Cao troops are left with say below 700. Then, XDun should be able to do the finishing touch.
I hope this tip helps. Happy hunting.
