Am i right to say that rare liegemen eg, zuoci, liubei lubu etc can only be obtained by Advance * 10, even then its rare.

Free summon can never get them.

How about summon order. Can summon order get them as well?

I summoned Zhao Yun with summon order and my friend summoned Lu Bu with such order. There is probability for summoning these rare liegemen by summon order obtained from event. But it is quite small.
