What is the strangest thing you've seen in a casino?

At a small casino in downtown Las Vegas that no longer exists I was watching the game at a craps table. A player had a hot hand and the table was three deep with gamblers wanting in. An older gentleman suddenly collapsed, falling backwards to the ground. Four people jumped his body in an attempt to take his place. Play was suspended to get medical help and I left, totally amazed at the callous attitude.
