About Two buffs Question

Hello, i have no idea what these buffs are about.

I  know the first is on horcrux thing but i am not sure i get what it means exactly. Improve the attack of soldiers by 15%...
it s just increasing attack in both defense and offense by 15% of the basic attack? the more troops you have the more attack you get?
because i see this buff always with more than 12k soldiers so maybe it s depending on troops capacity?

And what is the second marked one about? upgrade to lvl 5 unit.... ?

LVL5 UNIT = CAPACITY IMPROVES!@!!!!!!
