Can not log in from Canada

I am helping a friend from Canada that cant access the game. Please GM fix this issue for your customers. The message forwarded is as:

"i can access the game on my iphone but i can't get onto the forums or the heyshell site through my phone, i can't get anything at all from the computer.....if you are able to log on to the forums can you put in a bug report for me that logging into the heyshell site is not working and cannot log onto the game on a pc in Canada. ty if you are able to log on, this happened before a year ago it took them 2 weeks to fix it".

Could you please tell us the computer model of your friend and what browser he uses?

Clear Cache and History in you browser if this things persist....reinstall the browser again....I know it might not be your problem but I'm just offering some clues...
