me too, CS is not responsive than other heyshell game. Dont make me regret it after spend some money to buy VIP gold but finally i cannot play this game anymore. Pls fix it

Sir GMs , I used a guest acc and I linked with a mail , after I verify the mail , said I can use my email as my account name , so I used , but they keep saying me I need password , since ever I created the acc there were no password as it is a guest account and now it said I need.So I tried with forgot password no help,no use at all.I mailed sheeplanet but no reply at all again.I am pissed now and I missed events already.Times and money are wasted on this game and this is the service?I am pretty sure its not my fault about this password too since its a guest account but at least I linked for safty and shit happened.Could you guys pls give a little bit more concentrate on your customers(players)?By looking at above conversation it took days to get a reply.
