I met same problem but it seems that no one can save us. Developer didn't reply etc. Kinda stupid game. .

Sir, when the warehouse's full, u need to sell some equips in ur warehouse to make sure there's enough space for store the armament on the hero u want to fire, and u could also click Enlarge button to expand its space, hope this could help u, thx for ur understanding
