Hi GM,

Your efforts to look into this gold bug is appreciated. But to get right to the point, I don't see anyone get punished for it.
I'm not trying to be a spoilsport. However, it is both unfair to the people who used they money, AS WELL AS people who KEEP away from cheating and play fairly.

This is not a small matter and whether these are VIP players or NOT, when they do this, you need to act strongly.

Shall I offer you a simple reason why?? If you don't act, everyone will know that THIS WILL NOT BE PUNISHED - we will find another vendor with another email account to cheat the paypal system. And every single time, you are just telling us oh the vendor has been banned but the cheaters already enjoyed MONTHS of half price recharge.

I will go straight to the point. If this is not something that is punishable, then we will all do it. Because we will get away with it anyway.

I have 2 suggestions on what kind of penalty there should be, obviously taking away the unfair quantity of VIP gold is a must. However in addition to that, the unfair gold has been used to buy gems, buy armaments, buy super iron etc. so if you don't punish it, although you can take the VIP away, they still benefited from it and you show us that we can still benefit from it for cheating. IF you want us to start doing that, fine. If you don't then pls consider one or both of the following.

1) Take away the equal amount of cheted gold in subsequent recharges.
eg. If the cheated amount of gold is 10,000, then ensure that they pay to recharge until 10,000 gold without getting any gold, then if they recharged beyond 10,000, then they get more gold. This punishment seems severe but actually is not. This is because they have already used the gems, armaments, liegeman to get their Zhouyu and GJ etc and also gotten more vouchers in contest or server wars because of stronger heroes. The "unseen" benefits have already been gained. So if you allow them to keep all these benefits, then you make them recharge the same amount before they get more gold.

2) The second way is to literally take away the gems, the armaments, the liegemans. I don't know how you gonna do that but obviously you need to calculate the amount cheated corresponds to how much of these items to take away.

Either punishment would make it more fair, otherwise, I suggest everyone just go do these fake recharges because you CONFIRM will get away with it.

Oh just a side not to GM. If you want to ban, you better make sure you ban those who spends less first before you spend those who spent more. i.e. starting with the ones who spent nothing on this game to VIP1, then VIP2, following to VIP10 ++.  This is understandable from both the players view and your every so precious business view.
