I can't find this guy in my inventory

I just now got a chest and it said I recieved a Lord Hubbard (Lord H.. check spelling), and I checked my stuff and special heros and all that and can not find this guy. Where can I find him? I want to see what he is like compared to my other guys since I just won him in my chest.

I'm on s19 and we had just done the Huarong city where we had to take it but Wu got it, to give you an idea how recent it just was.

Lord Halberd is an equipment, not special hero. Check your Bag tab, you shall see this gear inside
