liegeman that impossible to get

Hello.  After playing for months, i begin to wonder if some red liegemen cards are impossible to get. As it is like having zero chance for GM deliberately arranged so players cant have the benefit of its combo. Is it so, or it is just me?

i think so bro esper, mybe chance to get these cards very low, or maybe need summon by gold.like( Lusu, L.tong ) i never get for playing around 6months

The 9 rare legendary one are
Lu Bu, Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang, Zhao Yun, Guan Yu, Lu Xun, Zhou Yu, Sun Quan and Sima Yi

Red one are
Fa Zheng, Lu Su, Ling Tong, Jiang Qing.

Never see a free player got the rare legendary one.

Lubu, Zhaoyun, Zhugeliang & Luxun purple card almost impossible to get even using advance summon.

Anyone got all of these 4 cards? Or even one of these in 2 stars?

Dear Gm,
cause of the random chance of not getting these cards mentioned.
can you clarify by having more accounts within one country will have more chances of getting these rare hard to get cards??
Also what if a country with least numbers will less likely will ever be not getting it!!
so how would it be a bit more fairer??
please look into it and recitify to making a bit more fairer.
