GM Role In Solving Problem

By this vote hope can be feedback For GM to help solving problem that happen in player.. If game maker hear n trying to solving player problem i think will more player play n spend gold more than if gm just watching people ask problem solving n let problem unclear till the end of the day.. Since manytime i report bug and error but most time no respond, once get respond also no improvement happen...
Help give GM  what should GM do to make player feel comfortable to play.. Thanks.. And sorry not mean for harming GM but wanna see how other ppl think about our GM now..

I vote useless because manytimes give suggest, report bug and error, no one get good action for correction. Message gm also no reply... Hope GM will better in hearing our problem n try to solve it.. Thanks..

They dont care with this shit. All new players better recharge morenthan 100k dollars or just quit the game

need more explanation about refinement,i think this issue since S1 was first time launched

Mean GM work here still not good for people... He just good in giving information bout event but bad in solving bug, and for updating info..

What in the hell are you all talking about?  These guys don't give a Shit about this game. They have never fixed One problem that we have had in the (2) years that I have played this game. I only play because of friends. Other than that, IDGAF about them either.

Yeah Game Information also sick.. Make sad, Tiger Suit i ask help for giving option selling back into voucher also no respond.. Waiting few more year untill all people scold them maybe to give that simple option.
