If you level them up to 100 % fill up, you can cast Arcane Tide, a more powerful version of Arcane Fracture that deals bonus elemental damage and reduces cast time and cooldown.

Enviska's Might - Creates a dome around your character that deals lightning damage to everyone in range, then slowly expands and attracts enemies to deal even more damage. At the end of the skill, the dome explodes, dealing even more blast damage.

Enviska's Might is the more reliable skill and in PvP it can really help keep enemies away from you and use it in conjunction with other skills. Call of the Apocalypse has the potential to deal more damage, so it's definitely a better choice for PvE content, especially in boss fights. However, the RNG factor of where the meteor actually lands prevents it from being the best option against other players.
