this game is great ,the team behind it sucks

this game actually great ,and have so many friends in my country,but please if you are a new member ,or want to try play this game

ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO PLAY CASH/RECHARGE , please think twice because this game behind team are not qualified to be game master
maybe they just some daddy kids that try to robe money from player

no profesional manage from their team, only robot reply in forum without any realization with the problem we have here
and they just wait for chinese server to do the job
maybe they only just provide server and hosting

we all know that every game online have their GM that stand by for us , even they provide 7 days stand by for us(some have 24 hours team to provide for member)

but in this game they just have 5 days work a week team  (8 hours only each days) with always have vacation every week,without responsibility to their game and their player
so if you have problem in event (event especially at weekend always) just deal with it and dont question it or you will be BANNED

so many 5 star rate just from their bribe with small gold so free player want to do their dirty things

but later so many also change it and rate it to 1 star (very dissapointed game management) after know how their team work

just my opinion to say without any "talking badly" stuff you said athur , only "TALKING TRUTH"

I would have to agree. The other day I had an issue and a fellow board member helped me out while arthur just insulted my intelligence and asked for a screen shot. I am not sure how much they really know about this game.

Yea it's a great game. But a few people hacking gold. I'll pay someone to show me how. $100 must work lol. Spent a lot to be a top player but get beat by hacking is the worst. Will pay for real to hack the game.
