Super hard to log in nowadays

Hi GM, after lastest update and merger between S7 n S11, it's been very difficult to log in . i duno any others out there affected or not but im having great difficulty logging in from PC， Ipad， Iphone or my android device. Please advice asap.

Even when i can log in, i cant even do refine, arena or crusade and it takes around 5min for a Vip10 player to walk from Chengdu to Dongxing. Super lag.. even when i use 4g or Wifi also same. But I got no problem playing chinese version or Three Kingdom

4 days already same things happening, still difficult to load the game in China. what the hell is happening?

I have same problem too until i reinstall the game...  try it bro

after checking there's nothing wrong with our system,try using another device if still find difficulties just pm mr chen

in the same problem too... been reinstalling the game everyday .... sigh...S4 Hardcarey....
